IT Software Intern Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,500 in Sophic Automation Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Descriptions:

• Assist with hardware and software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Assist with network administration tasks, such as configuring routers and switches, monitoring network performance, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Participate in cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability assessments, security audits, and implementing security best practices.
• Collaborate with team members on IT projects, including software development, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and technical configurations.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends through self-study and training opportunities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications (not required but advantageous):

• Previous internship or work experience in IT support or related field.
• Knowledge in programming languages such as C#, WPF, Python, Nuxt.js, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with MSSQL / MySQL databases.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI).
• Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.

Job Requirements (JR):

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Internship period: 5–6 months.
• Must have own transport (car preferable).
• Graduate upon completion of internship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred onboarding: early of September.

Pay: RM1,300.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
