Intern will be supporting the administrative role for Order Management & Shipping Documentation

Main Accountabilities :

• Daily Administration task ie data key into systems on timely basis

• Filing related documents

• Exposure to relevant stake holder for improvement projects minimum 1 with presentation

Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree in related field, Duration of internship : 4 - 12 months

• Analytics & Insights with business stakeholders to support operations needs, functional departments, etc.

• Technology & Digitalization Integration - to get exposure on internal systems

• Basic Project Management - to drive process improvement

• Data Management - Accuracy and Integrity of how raw data is captured and interpreted

• Courage to relate with Stakeholder Engagement & management to achieve business goals

• SWI & Internal procedures to adhere to standards

• Communication & Interpersonal skills

• Problem Solving Skills

• Adhere compliance to Bunge policy to safety & ethics
