Full Time IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,600 in J TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware including computers, printers, network devices, access points (AP), and CCTV systems.
• Perform structured cabling, patch panel management, and physical network layout.
• Replace faulty hardware components and manage hardware inventory and lifecycle.
• Provide on-site and remote support to end users for hardware issues and basic IT problems.
• Follow technical diagrams and instructions to repair or install systems and devices.
• Assist with rollout and installation of new hardware or IT-related projects.
• Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely manner.
• Travel to different locations as needed for deliveries and to support hardware installation and maintenance.
• Evaluate and report on new technologies and equipment for potential deployment.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with IT hardware installation and maintenance (PCs, APs, CCTV, network devices).
• Basic IT knowledge to support end users and troubleshoot simple IT issues.
• Experience with cabling, patch panels, and network layout preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Explore and evaluating new technology.
• Possess own transport - must be willing to travel.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
