Full Time Operator Trainer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,100 in OSADI COMMERCIAL SUPPLIES SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training and coaching for new and existing production operators.
• Deliver classroom, practical, and on-the-job training based on approved training materials and SOPs.
• Train operators on production processes, equipment operation, work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Assess operator competency through practical demonstrations, written assessments, and observation.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance records, competency matrices, and certification status.
• Identify training gaps and recommend appropriate refresher or retraining programs.
• Monitor operator performance following training and provide coaching where required.
• Ensure operators understand and comply with company policies, SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Support new employee onboarding and production floor orientation.
• Work with Production Supervisors and Engineers to update training content based on process or equipment changes.
• Assist in developing training materials, presentations, work instructions, and practical training exercises.
• Conduct refresher training following quality incidents, process changes, or procedural updates.
• Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives through operator development.
• Ensure training activities comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other training-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 1–3 years of manufacturing or production experience are preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or other MNC manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Good understanding of production processes, SOPs, safety, and quality requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable speaking and training groups of production operators.
• Able to demonstrate patience, coaching skills, and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment and support shift operations when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
