Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and maintaining system security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users, both remotely and on-site.
• Maintain and support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Assist with setting up and managing user accounts, email configurations, and access controls.
• Provide technical support for IT-related equipment.
• Document IT issues, solutions, and processes for reference and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security best practices.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
• Standard knowledge of Windows
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, firewalls).
• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based services is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self Discipline.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
