Full Time QA Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Calctronic Technology Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

• Perform incoming, in-process and outgoing inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct visual, dimensional and functional inspections using appropriate measuring equipment.
• Inspect PCBA/SMT products and components according to work instructions and quality requirements.
• Handle non-conforming parts, customer returns and sample inspections, including recording inspection findings.
• Perform FA sample inspection and prepare inspection reports.
• Conduct calibration and verification of measuring equipment and maintain related records.
• Perform ESD verification at production workstations and maintain records.
• Perform PCBA functional testing and maintain test records and product traceability.
• Prepare and maintain inspection, testing and quality records.

Skills & Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science or related field.
• Familiar with digital caliper, micrometer, pin gauge and thread gauge.
• Knowledge of VMM / PC-DMIS is an advantage.
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610, SMT/PCBA inspection is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
