Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations and provide support across the employee lifecycle for on-site staff in Batu Caves. This contract role includes maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, and supporting performance review processes. The role will handle employee queries, assist in resolving workplace issues, and help implement HR policies and procedures consistently. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management to ensure compliance with labor regulations, support employee engagement initiatives, and contribute to HR reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting end-to-end HR functions.
  • Proficiency in HR Operations, including maintaining HR documentation, handling payroll-related inputs, and managing HR systems.
  • Experience in Employee Relations, including addressing employee concerns, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Ability to understand, apply, and help refine HR Policies in line with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Good knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in engineering or industrial settings is an advantage.
