Full Time Operations Support - Accounts Executive (Penang) Jobs, in Kian Ho Bearings Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Scope:

· Provide sales and purchasing support in terms of inventory planning, getting quotations, keying sales and purchase orders, preparing sales invoices and credit notes, ensuring work is filed properly.

. Process sales/purchase orders, tax invoices and coordinate on local deliveries.

. Perform counter sales duties to generate sales and profit for the Company.

· Handle Petty cash, Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable functions, as and when necessary.

· Monitor production scheduling for all OEM projects under your charge to ensure optimal OEM inventory planning for Penang operations

. Ensure completeness of billing documents, proper housekeeping and filing of all necessary records.

· Ensure office premises including warehouse area are neat and tidy at all times. Maintain safety and security of office premises.

· Perform administration duties, when necessary

· To assist in adhoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel

- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
