Full Time Material Planning Executive Jobs, in Tayopack Melaka - Maukerja

Prepare material and film forecasts based on customer requirements and production demand.

Plan and monitor raw material requirements to ensure sufficient stock availability for production.

Monitor inventory movement, including stock-in, stock-out, stock balance and stock take activities.

Coordinate warehouse material readiness and ensure materials are properly available for production.

Handle purchasing activities, including preparing quotations, issuing Purchase Orders (PO) and following up on deliveries.

Liaise with local and overseas suppliers on pricing, availability, delivery schedules and other purchasing matters.

Coordinate with Production, QA and Accounts departments to ensure smooth material planning and purchasing activities.

Assist in sourcing and evaluating new raw materials and support new material development projects.

Monitor supplier performance and follow up on material quality, delivery and related issues.

Maintain proper documentation and records related to material planning, purchasing and inventory.

Prepare and maintain relevant documents and records for internal and external audits.

Perform other duties related to material planning, purchasing and inventory management as assigned by the superior.
