About the role

We are seeking an experienced Admin and Account Assistant to join our team at CFI AUTOMATION SDN BHD in Senai, Johor. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our administrative and accounting operations. As Admin and Account Assistant, you will be the backbone of our office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining accurate financial records. This position is essential to our business efficiency and directly contributes to the success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive support to the accounting department, including data entry, invoice processing

• Handling accounts payable and receivable functions with accuracy and attention to detail

• Acting as first point of contact for incoming calls, emails and enquiries

• Maintaining and updating filing systems

• Supporting multiple departments by providing administrative assistance and answering routine queries

• Performing other tasks as assigned by management

What we're looking for

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and accounting software

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities multiple tasks

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and data entry

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment

• Discretion and reliability in handling confidential and sensitive information

• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

• Relevant qualifications in administration, accounting or business would be advantageous

• Applicants must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.

• Candidates who can start work immediately will be advantages.
