WE ARE HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

SEPTEMBER 2026 INTAKE | ENTRY LEVEL

Salary: RM2,100 – RM2,800/month
6 Days Working
Rotational Shift
Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor

JOB SCOPE

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and chat
• Assist customers with their requests and concerns
• Provide accurate information and solutions
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Record and update customer information in the system
• Follow up on customer cases when required
• Achieve assigned customer service KPIs

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM, UEC, IGCSE, SKM 3 or SVM
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• No customer service experience required
• Good communication skills
• Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Comfortable working on a rotational shift
• Willing to work 6 days per week
• Able to start in September 2026
