Site Supervision

• Monitor daily construction activities.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers.

Coordination and Communication

• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and project managers.
• Attend site meetings and progress reviews.
• Communicate project requirements to the workforce.

Measurement and Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain site records, inspection reports, and work logs.
• Measure completed work for billing and payment purposes.

Safety Management

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct site safety inspections.
• Promote safe working practices among workers.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of construction methods and engineering principles
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Project management and planning skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and Excel
