Full Time ACCOUNT ASSISTANT NEEDED Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,700 in Tasik Puteri Golf & Country Club Berhad Selangor - Maukerja

• Prepare monthly creditors reconciliation
• Arranging monthly/weekly/daily payments for bank in to the suppliers
• Assists in any as-hoc tasks assigned from time to time
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cheque payments for trade & non trade suppliers
• Posting all suppliers invoices (trade and non trade)
• Do the way matching veryfying invoices to DO and PO before key in accounting system
• Discuss and meet with the all Head of Department for their signature of their purchasing orders
• Print cheque and submit them to the HQ for their approval
• Do the online payment for the suppliers
• Assits Account Manager submitting documents to the HQ
• Email and call all suppliers to inform that the payment already release in their bank account
• Key in all invoices of suppliers in accounting system
• Checking PO prepared by purchasing assistant
• Collect daily invoices all suppliers from the storekeeper
• Tracking which invoices suppliers that already complete to make payment
• Keep up to date with storekeeper which invoices that had a problem
• Deal with the suppliers if the payment had a problem to release
• Collect laundry book every month from Housekeeping Supervisor to record in the system
• Collect garbage collection schedule every end month to ensure their works
• Highlights and remind the suppliers to send invoices and statement of account every month
• Estimate and inform the total amount need to make payment every end month for the suppliers to the Account Manager
