Full Time SENIOR AIRCOND TECHNICIAN - PENANG ISLAND Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in BLAIR MARKETING SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

• Lead and perform installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of air-conditioning systems (split units, VRV/VRF, package units, ducted systems, chillers if applicable)
• Diagnose complex technical faults and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime
• Supervise, guide, and train junior technicians and subcontractors on-site
• Conduct site inspections, preventive maintenance, and system performance checks
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, company procedures, and industry regulations
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and sales teams on project requirements and timelines
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and job completion documentation
• Handle emergency breakdowns and provide technical support when required
• Recommend system improvements, upgrades, or replacements to customers
• Manage tools, equipment, and spare parts to ensure proper usage and availability
• Liaise with customers professionally to explain technical issues and solutions
• Support project installations and oversee work quality and workmanship standards

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC or air-conditioning field
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Valid technical certifications and driving license (GDL is added advantage)
• Willing to work overtime, on-call, or at different job sites & outstation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
