Full Time Finance Manager Jobs, in MVC Resources Johor - Maukerja

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team and work closely with the Business Development and Property teams in evaluating and supporting new property development opportunities.

This is a commercially focused finance role that goes beyond traditional accounting and reporting. You will be involved in financial analysis, project feasibility, financial modelling and investment evaluation, while working closely with management and business stakeholders to support key property and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial analysis and evaluation of property development opportunities.
  
• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial models, project feasibility studies and financial projections.
  
• Analyse project profitability, ROI, IRR and NPV to support investment decisions.
  
• Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts and key financial assumptions.
  
• Work closely with Business Development and Property teams to assess the financial implications of new opportunities.
  
• Prepare business cases and financial recommendations for management.
  
• Gain hands-on exposure to property development feasibility, investment analysis and commercial decision-making.
  

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
  
• Relevant experience in Finance, preferably within Property Development, Real Estate, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance or a related environment.
  
• Strong foundation in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and/or financial modelling.
  
• Good Excel and financial modelling skills with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  
• Candidates with property development experience and exposure to feasibility studies will have an advantage.
  
• Candidates without direct feasibility experience but with strong finance fundamentals and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both finance and non-finance teams.
