Full Time Sales - Operations Associate Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in GarGeon Johor - Maukerja

We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and organized Sales & Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our sales team, operational execution, and clients. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients smoothly, visiting operational sites, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring our customers receive top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & Contracts: Prepare service agreements, set up new client accounts, and ensure a smooth onboarding process from start to finish.
• Site Visits & Assessments: Travel to client sites to conduct operational assessments, verify requirements, and ensure setup accuracy.
• Client Relationship & Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with existing and prospective clients to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction (Customer Success).
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with our internal logistics and operations team to schedule collections, bin deployments, and site services accurately.
• CRM & Data Management: Maintain up-to-date client records, service statuses, and deal pipelines in the CRM system.

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
