Full Time Equipment Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,400 in OSADI COMMERCIAL SUPPLIES SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, modify, and troubleshoot semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and equipment checks according to established schedules and procedures.
• Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment performance, efficiency, and operating trends using equipment tracking systems and data analysis.
• Review equipment history and maintain accurate maintenance and technical documentation.
• Support engineering teams in process development, equipment evaluation, process qualification, and new tool installation.
• Participate in equipment conversion, qualification, software upgrades, and system improvement activities.
• Identify opportunities for equipment and process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use data and factual analysis to support technical decisions and improvement recommendations.
• Ensure all maintenance and technical activities comply with company safety, environmental, and operational requirements.
• Follow proper PPE, safety, security, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
• Complete and maintain all required technical and safety certifications.
• Keep up to date with equipment specifications, standard operating procedures, and process requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience in equipment installation, maintenance, repair, calibration, and troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of semiconductor / SSD manufacturing processes is an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze equipment data and identify abnormal performance trends.
• Strong technical aptitude with good attention to detail.
• Fast learner who is able to work independently in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
