Full Time Graphic Designer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Radiusite Selangor - Maukerja

Role Summary

We are looking for a fast and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who is passionate about creating visually appealing content for a fashion brand.

You will be responsible for designing and executing all visual materials for Radiusite, including product visuals, marketing creatives, and social media content - ensuring everything is aligned with the brand’s premium and modest aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and edit product catalogues, banners, posters, and promotional materials
• Create visuals for TikTok, Instagram, website, and marketing campaigns
• Retouch and enhance product photos to ensure clean, consistent, and premium visuals
• Plan and prepare visuals for daily content posting (in collaboration with content team)
• Ensure all designs follow brand identity, color consistency, and visual direction
• Work closely with marketing & content team for campaign launches and promotions
• Produce visuals quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Assist in creating teasers, new product launch materials, and sales campaign creatives
• Organize and maintain design files and assets properly
• Support ad creatives (Facebook Ads / TikTok Ads) if needed
• Design and edit product packaging materials (box, label, sticker, tag, etc.) aligned with brand identity
• Ensure packaging design is print-ready, accurate in sizing, and suitable for production
• Work closely with suppliers/printers to ensure final packaging outcome meets quality expectations
• Plan, manage & execute social media content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & Threads.

Requirements

• Experience in graphic design (fashion industry is an advantage)
• Fast in designing and able to meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics, layout, and branding
• Detail-oriented, especially in color, alignment, and finishing
• Passionate about design and willing to learn & improve
• Able to work independently and also collaborate with team
• Good attitude, responsible, and committed to work

Bonus (Added Advantage)

• Experience in fashion / modest wear brand
• Able to understand styling and fashion visuals
• Basic video editing skills (for simple content support)
• Able to deliver quickly without compromising quality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
