Full Time Food Court Assistant Manager (Mall) Johor Bahru Town Jobs, Salary up to MYR 9,000 in Persol Johor - Maukerja

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the food court, including the management of 2 beverage stalls, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
• Build strong relationships with tenants by ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company standards, policies, and food safety regulations.
• Drive exceptional customer experiences by proactively resolving operational issues and maintaining high service standards.
• Manage and develop the operations team, including manpower planning, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Support the planning, setup, and successful launch of new food court projects and outlets.
• Monitor sales performance, operating costs, and key business metrics to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance across the food court.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, increase productivity, and enhance tenant and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food Court, Food Hall, or F&B Operations Management.
• Proven experience managing multiple tenants and coordinating day-to-day food court operations.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and local compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on management style.
• Experience in new outlet openings, food court setup, or project launches will be a strong advantage.
• Commercially driven with the ability to analyze sales performance, control operational costs, and improve business results.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer and tenant experiences.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
