• Diploma or Degree in any field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Develop and implement HR processes, systems, and company policies.
• Prepare and analyse monthly HR and manpower reports.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Plan and coordinate training programmes and Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Liaise with government authorities on statutory requirements.
• Support manpower planning, HR budgeting and organisational development.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, processes and improvement initiatives.
• Perform other HR & General Affairs duties as assigned.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
