Full Time Safety, Health - Environment (SHE) Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Guna Trading Johor - Maukerja

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Executive to support the implementation and maintenance of workplace safety, health, and environmental programs. The successful candidate will work closely with the SHE Manager to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company standards, and SHE management systems while promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace safety, health and environmental inspections and audits.
• Identify hazards, unsafe acts, and non-compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support implementation of SHE policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and SHE awareness training.
• Assist in accident, incident, and near-miss investigations.
• Support HIRARC and risk assessment activities.
• Coordinate Safety & Health Committee meetings and follow up on action items.
• Support statutory reporting and compliance requirements.
• Participate in emergency response activities, drills, and first aid programs.
• Support environmental compliance and scheduled waste management.
• Monitor PPE usage and inventory.
• Maintain accurate SHE documentation, records, and reports.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
• SHO certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant SHE/HSE experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in Safety, Health & Environment are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in manufacturing or food processing environment is preferred.

Skills & Knowledge

• Knowledge of Malaysian Occupational Safety & Health regulations.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively with employees, contractors, and external stakeholders.
