A Back of House (BOH) team member prepares food, operates kitchen equipment, and keeps the workspace clean behind the scenes.

Core Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Chop vegetables, portion meats, and mix sauces according to recipe standards.
• Cooking and Assembly: Operate fryers, grills, or stoves to cook menu items accurately during service.
• Kitchen Sanitation: Wash dishes, sanitize prep surfaces, and manage trash disposal.
• Inventory Control: Restock workstations and store incoming food deliveries safely.
• Safety Compliance: Follow local health codes and food safety rules

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
