Full Time Procurement Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in CCB Medical Devices Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Source and develop new local and international suppliers, especially from China.
• Obtain and compare quotations to achieve competitive pricing, quality, and delivery.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, lead times, and other purchasing conditions.
• Review product specifications, drawings, and material requirements before purchasing.
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with suppliers on pricing, specifications, quality, and delivery matters.
• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Maintain supplier information, pricing records, and purchasing documents.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Support import/export documentation and shipping arrangements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support purchasing improvement activities.
• Handle online sourcing and purchasing through supplier platforms when required.
• Prepare purchasing reports and supplier evaluation records.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company procedures and quality requirements.
• Perform other duties or projects assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Sourcing, or a related role.
• Experience in manufacturing or China supplier sourcing is an advantage.
• Good negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Incoterms, import/export, and purchasing processes is an advantage.
• Able to understand product specifications, materials, and basic engineering drawings is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel or work overtime when required.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
