Full Time IT TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in J TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

We are seeking an IT Technical Assistant to be stationed onsite at Bukit Mertajam. The role involves providing daily IT support for end users, devices, and networks, assisting with troubleshooting, and supporting IT projects. You will report directly to the IT team at HQ. One year contract position (yearly renewal)

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite support for PCs, laptops, printers, CCTV & network.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain IT equipment and assist with inventory.
• Support IT projects and system installations as directed.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT/Computer Science or related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be based in Bukit Mertajam (onsite role).

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bukit Mertajam: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
