Role Description The Sourcing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Simpang Empat. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, components, and services for automation projects. Daily tasks include sourcing and qualifying new vendors, requesting and analyzing quotations, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and maintaining accurate purchasing records. The Sourcing Executive collaborates closely with engineering, production, and project teams to align supplier capabilities with technical and quality requirements. The role also involves monitoring market trends, optimizing procurement strategies, and supporting continuous improvement in the supply chain.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Procurement skills, including vendor sourcing, purchase order management, and cost optimization.
• Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms, manage supplier agreements, and mitigate risks.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to evaluate quotations, assess supplier performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, liaise with suppliers, and prepare clear reports and documentation.
• Candidates should possess Recruiting-related skills when supporting the selection and onboarding of new suppliers or service providers.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, or automation industries is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Simpang Empat, manage multiple priorities, and use procurement or ERP systems efficiently.
