Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Oversee the finance functions related to corporate finance, banking matters, and Accounts Receivable (AR)
2. Ensure that the periodic Company financial statements and annual budgets are prepared accurately and on time
3. Prepare and ensure the filing of tax returns, submission of tax estimates and revisions are submitted timely
4. Submit application for tax incentives, appeal and other related matters
5. Liaise on Group matters, such as on financial reporting, tax, secretarial and treasury matters
6. Review the daily Group cash flow and other related treasury documents
7. Manage the group forex currency hedging process including book forward forex contracts with bankers and derivative reporting
8. Liaise with bankers regarding forex, export documents and related matters
9. In charge of insurance related to sales/AR, such as marine, product liability and trade credit insurance
10. Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, treasury, AR and credit management process
