Job Description:

The Junior Sales Executive supports ShinGen’s growth in End‑of‑Line (EOL) packaging solutions by engaging prospective customers, building relationships, and promoting solutions. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop technical sales skills and contribute to customer success.

Key Responsibilites:

• Assist in identifying and qualifying new leads within manufacturing sectors.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations under supervision.
• Support proposal preparation, quotations, and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track customer interactions.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure smooth installation and after‑sales support.
• Gather market feedback and competitor insights to refine sales strategies.
• Participate in exhibitions, site visits, and customer meetings.
• Achieve monthly activity KPIs (calls, visits, proposals) and contribute to revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and business development activities.
• Interest in industrial automation, packaging machinery, or manufacturing environments, with willingness to learn technical product features.
• Ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate documentation of sales activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for preparing proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Comfort working on-site in Batu Kawan, Penang and visiting customer locations as needed.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and readiness to grow in a sales career with training and guidance from senior team members.
