WE’RE HIRING | EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT MANAGER (EAM)

Bertam Resort & Water Park, Penang

Bertam Resort & Water Park is looking for an experienced hotel leader to oversee daily operations and support the resort’s integration with Marriott. Working closely with the General Manager and department heads, you will strengthen service standards, develop teams and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations across Rooms, F&B and other resort departments
• Guide department heads in achieving service, financial and guest satisfaction goals
• Review guest feedback and operating results, and lead timely improvements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control and revenue initiatives
• Coach leaders and set clear expectations for team performance
• Prepare departments for Marriott standards, training and operational reviews
• Resolve significant guest and operational issues

Requirements:

• At least 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry
• At least 5 years of experience in Marriott-branded hotels or resorts
• Senior leadership experience across multiple hotel or resort departments
• Strong understanding of guest experience, revenue and financial control
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver measurable improvements
• Legal authorisation to work in Malaysia without employer sponsorship

Pay: From RM12,000.00 per month
