Full Time Lead Service Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Ensetcorp Federal Territory - Maukerja

The Lead Service Technician acts as the critical bridge between project management and site execution. This dual-function role requires an experienced technical professional to manage the end-to-end mobilization and demobilization of equipment and manpower, while also deploying to onshore and offshore facilities as the primary Work Leader. The ideal candidate ensures that all mechanical and instrumentation interventions are executed safely, on schedule, and in strict compliance with client (Petronas/Hibiscus) technical and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics & Mobilization Coordination

• Tool & Equipment Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute the complete mobilization and demobilization (mob/demob) of project tools, equipment, and consumables. Ensure accurate manifesting, load-out checks, and post-campaign inventory reconciliation.
• Manpower Arrangement: Coordinate deployment schedules for site crews. Verify that all personnel have valid offshore medicals, BOSIET, OGSP, and required trade certifications prior to mobilization.
• Resource Forecasting: Work closely with the Project Management Team (PMT) to identify the specific tools (e.g., torqueing equipment, lifting gear) and personnel required for upcoming workpacks.

2. Site Execution & Work Leadership

• On-Site Supervision: Serve as the designated Work Leader / Receiver for the Permit to Work (PTW) during offshore and onshore campaigns.
• Technical Execution: Perform and supervise hands-on mechanical and instrumentation site works.
• Specialized Tool Operation: Lead flange management activities including the safe operation of hydraulic and manual torque wrenches.
• Lifting Operations: Oversee and coordinate safe lifting activities. Inspect rigging and slinging gear to ensure compliance with client safety standards before execution.

3. Quality & HSE Compliance

• Ensure zero-incident execution by strictly enforcing the Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), HIRARC, and toolbox talks.
• Comply with Petronas Technical Standards (PTS), Hibiscus HSE protocols, and ZeTo Rules at all times.
• Report daily site progress, tool status, and any technical bottlenecks directly to the base office.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Industry Experience: Proven track record in the Malaysian Oil & Gas industry (upstream/downstream) directly interacting with clients like Petronas or Hibiscus.
• Offshore Readiness: Must be medically fit to work offshore (valid Offshore Medical) and possess a valid BOSIET/HUET certification.
• Technical Competency:
• Demonstrated experience with mechanical joint integrity (MJI) and torque wrench operations.
• Solid understanding of lifting operations (valid Rigging & Slinging certification is highly advantageous).
• Familiarity with general instrumentation and mechanical hand tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, able to manage diverse crews in high-pressure offshore environments, and excellent communication skills to interface with Client Company Site Representatives (CSR).

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
