Full Time Chemist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Ultimate Machining Solutions (M) Sdn. Bhd. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the special process lines (including Alodine, bead blasting, E-polish, chemical polish, anodizing, chemical cleaning, texturing, electro-less nickel plating, passivation & etc.) and work in conjunction with the machining production, planning to deliver quality finished products to customers.
• Working independently and managing a team of staff for equipment setup, plating/special process operations and documentation. Troubleshoot problems for equipment, product, and manufacturing issues.
• Perform sophisticated chemistry lab techniques including vacuum/fractional distillation, column chromatography, recrystallization, extraction, fundamental gas chromatography. Operating the essential lab instrumentation, such as TLC, FT-IR, DSC, and TGA.
• Handle/use hazardous materials (solvents, combustibles, lab gasses, chemicals, etc).
• Participate in all phases of special process planning execution, data collection and analysis of lab experiments.
• May require additional or special hours to support production Practice 5S concepts at all times.

About you

• At least Diploma or Degree holder
• Those with working experience will be an advantage.
• Those without paper qualification but with necessary experiences will be considered.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,911.81 per month
