Full Time Tooling Engineer- Supervisor (Shift) jobs in Johor - Maukerja

Oversee daily tooling activities and provide technical support to ensure smooth moulding operations.

Perform mould servicing, troubleshooting and minor mould repairs.

Conduct mould trials, mould installation, machine setup and establish process parameters for new moulds.

Diagnose tooling and moulding issues and implement corrective solutions.

Support new mould introduction, first article approval and process improvement activities.

Liaise with external suppliers for tooling modification, repair and improvement activities.

Review and maintain tooling procedures, work instructions and technical documentation.

Support quality improvement activities, mould servicing decisions and rejection control.

Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Tooling, Manufacturing or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in tooling, mould maintenance, injection moulding process and troubleshooting.

Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
