A manufacturing welder joins, cuts, and shapes metal parts using specialized heat equipment to build products and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Read Blueprints: Follow engineering drawings, schematics, and welding symbols to plan work.
• Operate Equipment: Use MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), or stick welding tools.
• Prepare Materials: Cut, grind, and clean metal surfaces (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum) before welding.
• Inspect Quality: Check finished welds for strength, size accuracy, and defects.

Job Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or technical/vocational certificates (such as SKM or TVET).
• Skills: Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and knowledge of metal properties.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
