Job Description

• Provide excellent customer services which included welcoming & greeting customers
• Understand all the product information and recommend matching coordinates to customer to achieve sales target
• Carry Out Visual Merchandising and stock replenishment duties
• Maintain clealiness in the shop
• Follow all the company policies & procedures

Requirements

• Minimum qualifiaction : SPM
• Friendly, confident, and proactive interpersonal approach.
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable with a 6-day work week and rotating shifts, including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
• Prior retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory — we provide comprehensive training.
