MAIN FUNCTION:

• To lead and supervise a production team to ensure the output at optimum level and at highest quality level, to organize every maintenance requirements at all departments and ensure the efficiency of its implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fully responsible for manpower arrangement for production and packing activities in order to achieve targeted production volume within budgeted level.
• To ensure all equipment and amenities of the factory are being arrange properly, immediate act of reporting breakdown and to propose for purchase when needed.
• To ensure sufficient stock of spare parts in storage.
• To install equipment to be at the optimum level and long lasting usage.
• To constantly check current / periodical inspection of the equipment according to schedule.
• To prepare daily / monthly report or its complaints maintenance.
• Fully responsible for workers discipline matters.
• To ensure production report is accurate when submit to management.
• Responsible for production consumable stock control.
• Fully responsible for workers overtime arrangement.
• Responsible for approving subordinates and workers matters such as leave application; approving for consumable material request from store.
• Reporting any machine breakdown to maintenance department and follow-up the progress.
• To research, analyse and trouble shoot decision to overcome the problems.
• To ensure the subordinate and workers are working in healthy and safety environment.
• Responsible to take corrective action to reduce rejection and customer complaints.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
