Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Johore, Malaysia. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations matters, assist in performance management processes, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures. The role also includes supporting compliance with employment laws, coordinating training and development initiatives, and partnering with management to foster a positive and productive work environment across farm and plantation operations.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with experience in HR Management and HR Operations.
• Proficiency in Employee Relations and application of HR Policies in a diverse workforce environment.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices in workplace safety.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with employees at all levels.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to work on-site in Johore and collaborate closely with farm and plantation management teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or similar operational environments is beneficial.
