Full Time B- Powder Coating Assistant Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in OTT CREATION MARKETING Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Supervisor in overseeing daily powder coating operations and production activities.
• Coordinate and monitor workers to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Operate and monitor powder coating equipment to ensure proper coating quality and efficiency.
• Ensure sheet metal parts are properly prepared, cleaned, coated, and cured according to requirements.
• Monitor coating thickness, surface finish, and overall product quality.
• Assist in troubleshooting production or equipment issues and coordinate with relevant departments when required.
• Ensure proper cleaning, maintenance, and safe operation of coating equipment.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety and production procedures.
• Assist with packing, loading, and other production activities when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the sheet metal industry.
• Experience in powder coating or manufacturing operations.
• Basic knowledge of powder coating processes and equipment.
• Able to supervise and coordinate production workers effectively.
• Physically fit and willing to be hands-on when required.
