- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless operations and support.
- Document and track issues, resolutions, and updates in the ticketing system.
- Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and best practices.
- Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT technical support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
