Full Time HR Executive (Manufacturing) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Guna Trading Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions.
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for both local and foreign employees.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Malaysian employment laws, statutory requirements, and government regulations.
• Ensure employees are aware of and properly trained on company policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update the Employee Handbook, HR policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Perform any other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, with hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR administration.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, statutory requirements, and HR practices.
• Experience in handling local and foreign employee recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
