Full Time Business Development (Property Development) Jobs, in Ame Development Johor - Maukerja

We are seeking a proactive and motivated professional to join our Business Development team. The role involves identifying and evaluating land development opportunities, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving business growth in alignment with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential land and property development opportunities through research, data analysis, and feasibility studies.

• Support development planning, project concept alignment, and commercial structuring.

• Support management in preparing business proposals, feasibility reports, and presentation materials.

• Coordinate with planning, design, and technical consultants to align project concepts with market needs and compliance requirements.

• Assist in land negotiations, due diligence, documentation review and project approvals.

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of business development activities and project implementation.

• Monitor land policies, development trends, and regulatory updates.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in property development, land matters or feasibility analysis.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with structured thinking ability..

• Good understanding of local authority procedures, development approvals, and land-related processes.

• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple assignments.

• Willing to travel within Malaysia when required.
