Warehouse / Production & Incoming Goods Assistant

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Warehouse / Production & Incoming Goods Assistant to support our daily production and material receiving operations.

Daily Responsibilities

- Assist with loading and unloading of incoming goods.

- Take photos and videos during loading/unloading and update the relevant production/incoming WhatsApp groups.

- Receive, count, weigh and record incoming raw materials accurately.

- Check and calculate the weight of materials.

- Conduct basic quality checks on incoming materials.

- Check incoming goods against relevant documentation and report any quantity, weight or quality discrepancies.

- Monitor and respond to work-related WhatsApp messages and group communications.

- Prepare and cut product/material stickers and labels when required.

- Maintain accurate records of incoming materials and related activities.

- Check container details and ensure the information is correct before unloading.

- Take photos/videos of the truck during the truck-out process and update the relevant WhatsApp group.

- Report any shortage, excess quantity, damage or discrepancy immediately.

Weekly Responsibilities

- Prepare the weekly total incoming quantity/weight of Central materials.

- Present/update the weekly total in the Production WhatsApp Group every Saturday.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
