Location: Full Remote (Malaysia-based) Experience: 2+ years

About The Role

Drive business growth by connecting Japanese companies with our offshore development services. Build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and present LLL’s solutions for their software development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities with Japanese companies
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Present LLL’s offshore development services and capabilities
• Prepare proposals and quotations
• Meet sales targets and KPIs
• Understand client business needs and technical requirements
• Manage sales pipeline and CRM system
• Coordinate with technical team for project feasibility
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good English communication (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Understanding of IT services industry
• Ability to work independently (remote environment)
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Japanese language proficiency (N2 or higher) — highly preferred
• Experience selling to Japanese companies
• Technical background or understanding of software development
• Experience in offshore/IT outsourcing industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
