Job Purpose & Overview
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Senior Finance Manager leads the Group's corporate finance operations, consolidation, Bursa Malaysia statutory reporting, treasury, and tax management for a public-listed precision manufacturing leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidated financial statements in compliance with MFRS/IFRS and the Companies Act.
- Manage Bursa Malaysia announcements, annual reports, statutory filings, and Board/Audit Committee papers.
- Oversee corporate tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing compliance, and proactive tax planning.
- Manage group treasury, financing facilities, cash management, and banking relationships.
- Supervise holding company full-set accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and group insurance programs.
- Provide strategic financial support for corporate exercises, including M&A, valuations, financial modeling, and due diligence.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, company secretaries, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA(M)); MIA membership preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in group financial reporting and consolidation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and Bursa Malaysia Main Market Listing Requirements.
- Strong analytical, corporate governance, and senior stakeholder management skills.
Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM22,000.00 per month
