We are looking for an experienced Equipment Engineer to manage, maintain and improve automated manufacturing equipment and production systems.

• Handle installation, commissioning, operation and management of automated equipment.
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair and optimization.
• Manage preventive maintenance, spare parts and equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot and work with PLC, servo motors, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Use AutoCAD to read and create mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Standardize equipment setup and prepare work instructions.
• Train production/maintenance staff on equipment operation and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to increase equipment productivity and reduce downtime and maintenance costs.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in factory equipment maintenance and management.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Hands-on experience with PLC and servo motor control.
• Good knowledge of pneumatic systems and equipment troubleshooting.
• Able to read and create CAD drawings and electrical/wiring diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing/factory environment.
