Sales

• Primarily in charge of acquiring and on-boarding New Joining Members (NJMs) & achieving their personal & team sales targets.
• A minimum of 35 NJMs is required to retain their position as a Senior Brand Ambassador and/or Brand Ambassador,

Should be proficient with the following:

• Phone calls – Inbound and Outbound call script
• Guest profile
• Club tour
• Price presentation
• Overcoming objectives
• Closing sales
• After sales o Ensure members are following correct procedures and protocols. o Member introduction to Club Manager / Person in Charge of onboarding
• Sales entry – Member system o Ensuring correct sales protocol and compliance to follow: CC only, Corporate IDs, pricing per standard.
• Terms and conditions / Letter of Acceptance
• Referral generation (META Management)

DAILY PERFORMANCE CRITERIA:

• Achieving their daily personal targets allocated by management.
• Minimum of 20 conversations, 5 booked appointments and 4 completed presentations.
• Updating GymSales accurately
• Diligently follow leads process flow

MEMBER RETENTION

• Service call – 7, 14, 28 & 45 days after signing up

MARKETING

• In charge of promoting the member acquisition campaign of the month
• In charge of executing the outreach calendar
• In charge of manning any additional booth set ups (outreach event)
• Participation in club inhouse events and activities (Wellness Day)

• Maintain a Healthy Way of Life
• Demonstrate positive attitude by showing professionalism, courtesy, cooperation to both internal and external customers
• Manage and send the reports required including but not limited to sales, accidents, injuries, equipment damages, etc.
• Follow company protocols for discipline, performance management and safety.
• Manage compliance to club house rules and SOPs. Notify the club manager or department head of any unsafe acts or conditions as soon as possible.
• Ensure that all exercise equipment is in good condition. Clean equipment and gym regularly.
• Participate in safety training and safety inspections.

Pay: RM1,756.36 - RM5,984.75 per month
