Responsibilities

About the role

To support business operations through effective administration, facilities management, and employee engagement programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of the corporate office to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

  • Supervise administrative support staff and coordinate workforce scheduling, attendance, leave administration, and related matters.

  • Manage office facilities, equipment, company assets, and vehicle administration, ensuring proper maintenance and operational readiness.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to procure office supplies, facilities services, and other administrative requirements in a cost-effective manner.

  • Administer petty cash, office inventory, asset records, and related documentation in accordance with company policies.

  • Manage meeting room bookings, office resources, parking allocations, and other employee support services.

  • Maintain and update administrative records, employee directories, and office-related databases.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and administrative standards.

  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR and administrative policies, procedures, and SOPs.

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, corporate events, team-building activities, and staff welfare programs.

  • Provide general HR administrative support and assist with employee-related matters as assigned.

About you

  • Degree in Office System Management or related discipline

  • Knowledge of HR Administration and Employee Relations (preferred)

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Positive attitude with a strong focus on employee experience and workplace excellence

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Possess high level of integrity and confidentiality when handling company and employee information
