Full Time Merchant Sales Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in ZOM-IN Johor - Maukerja

• Merchant Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard F&B merchants for offline business solutions.
• Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential merchants, pitch solutions, and close deals.
• Lead Generation: Independently source quality F&B leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Sales Strategy: Execute merchant acquisition strategies and initiatives to achieve business targets.
• Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and key decision-makers.
• Sales Presentation: Conduct product pitches and presentations to merchants and senior stakeholders when required.
• Target Driven: Work towards individual and team acquisition, sales, and revenue targets.
• Problem Solving: Adapt to challenges and provide practical, solution-focused approaches during the sales process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Previous sales or business development experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and approaching new businesses.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, organized, and adaptable.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
