Responsible to operate and control the manufacturing processes in ensuring an environmentally friendly, safe and efficient production environment with a focus on improving productivity and product quality that meet customers expectation while meeting all requirements of the production schedule. Assist the Production Supervisor on managing the shift activity (for Senior Production Technician).

Job Responsilities:-

1. To assist in charging of raw materials, cleaning of equipment and any maintenance work.

2. To ensure the right type and correct quality of raw materials are used for resin manufacturing.

3. To carry-out in-process checking and testing in accordance with the standard test methods.

4. To complete the process log sheet - the process time, parameter, the date, shift, checklist and yield accordingly as stipulated in the log sheet and work instruction.

5. To pack and pump the finished goods in accordance to the instruction given by superior or stated in the log sheet.

6. To report all breakdown, incident, accident and any injury to the supervisor

7. To ensure good housekeeping.

8. To maintain a safe working environment with awareness and knowledge of site EHS standards.

9. To ensure compliance with local, state and federal EHS regulations.

10. To perform any other duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:-

1. Candidate must possess at least SM/STPM or Certificate in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Manufacturing / Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

2. At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Candidate must be able to perform permanent 12 hours day or night shift

4. Acquire strong analytical mind

5. Fresh graduates are welcome as well to apply; training will be provided.

6. Good self-discipline, attendance and working attitude.

7. Full-Time position(s) available.
