Full Time Retail Assistant - Pet Store @ Lotus's Rawang Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,999 in One More Pet (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Job Scope:

1. Receiving and organizing shop items accordingly.
2. Restocking shop items and ensuring sales floor is organized according to guidelines.
3. Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
4. Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
5. Promoting shop membership cards and explaining membership benefits to customers.
6. Perform regular price audits to ensure correct price tags are displayed.
7. Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.
8. Processing customer payments using the shop’s Point of Sale (POS) system.
9. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of shop items to provide advice and recommendations as required.

5.5 day working day
2 Shift: Morning Shift: 10am-8pm , Afternoon Shift: 12pm - 10pm
