Job Resposibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices and receipts.
• Track and update client payments in the system.
• Follow up on outstanding payment (via WhatsApp / calls).
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Support monthly reporting for accounts.
• Handle general administrative tasks and office support.
• Assist in HR management and payroll.
• Guiding and taking care of trainees to complete Neurofeedback Training.
• Manage well and build relationship with existing students or parents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,700.00 per month

Sunday 9:30am-2:30pm (Once a month Sunday off)
