*RESPONSIBILITIES*

- Handle and convert new account enquiries

- Service existing clients regarding operations, service and accounts

- Fast and prompt response to leads and enquiries from all channels

- Find and follow up with new customers

- Plan and execute sales plans which includes outdoor sales and exhibitions

- Admin and clerical duties

*REQUIREMENTS*

- Experience in customer service and sales for logistics industry

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- Able to work well in a team with clear communication

- Familiar with Microsoft suite/ Google suite tools usage

- Able to handle fluid situations and resolve issues calmly and systematically

- Fast response and good interpersonal skills

*JOB INFORMATION*

- Mon to Fri (8am-5pm), Sat (8am - 1pm WFH)

- Office located in Kulai Johor

- Remuneration: RM2500 - RM4500

- Sales bonus, Performance bonus
